Returns/Exchanges

Twinz LLC executes 14 days Return/Exchange Policy from the date product received, where Armenian Law applies.
The following applies to the product returns:
– Send an e-mail to info@twinz-eyewear.com with Your request and reason,
– Take a photo and Send the product to our office at 52 Rustaveli str., Gyumri, Armenia, necessarily in the original/unworn condition,
– Enclose the proof of Your purchase/receipt,
– Get notified via e-mail upon decision of Exchange/Return.

Notes:
Please record and provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your return shipment. Return shipments should be made by the same option as received – at Your cost.
Individualized products with unique finishes are subject to return/exchange with price deduction, defined by Twinz for each individual case.
Twinz reserves the right price deduction, in case the product returned is not in the original condition, has missing components, or has been damaged.
Twinz will refund the return within 7 business days after receipt of the product at our office.
